Founded in 2015, GOMEZ Development Consultants builds on a legacy of excellence and expertise established by our founder, whose career began in 1995 at one of California's top architectural firms. Over the years, he honed his skills working with a National top 400 general contractor and collaborating with some of the largest international and U.S. Fortune 500 companies in real estate development.
With this solid foundation, Gomez Development Consultants has successfully completed a diverse range of projects, reflecting the depth of our industry experience and the strength of our relationships. Founder/CEO Carlos brings 30-years of multi-industry experience along with a wealth of experience having worked for some of the largest corporations in the U.S., across: Architecture, Real Estate Development, General Contracting and Ownership Representation.
He served as: Vice Chair of the City of Pomona Community Planning & Development C
Founder/CEO Carlos brings 30-years of multi-industry experience along with a wealth of experience having worked for some of the largest corporations in the U.S., across: Architecture, Real Estate Development, General Contracting and Ownership Representation.
He served as: Vice Chair of the City of Pomona Community Planning & Development Commission - District 4, Vice President of the League of California Cities, in the Community Development and Planning department, alongside Mayors, Council Members, City Managers, and other Commissioners. He was also appointed to the Public Safety policy making Commission.
