Pavilions is a grocery store banner used by Vons, a supermarket division of Albertsons in Southern California. Although similar to Vons stores, Pavilions markets are more upscale and feature a larger selection of organic food, wine, and other specialty foods. A location in Anaheim Hills in March, 2010 (Store #2216). This was converted into a Vons in September 2020.
Introduced by Vons in 1985,they were the showpiece of their new image.

Vons is a supermarket chain owned by Albertsons, with most of its locations in Southern California and the Las Vegas Valley. It is headquartered in Fullerton, California, and operates stores under the Vons and Pavilions banners.
